Summary
McKinley Beach is an 872-acre master-planned community located in Kelowna, British Columbia. NADG acquired the property in 2014. Approvals are in place for 1,300 residential units, many of which feature unobstructed hillside views of Lake Okanagan. In addition to residential, the property is zoned for 250,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, a 110 slip marina (completed) with beach front recreation, and a 42 acre working winery which is under development. The first 3 phases include 110 acres of hillside lots, 105 acres of Hilltown village (residential and commercial) and the winery. The project is now the preeminent community in Kelowna.
